7. Anonymized and Aggregated Data

We anonymize and aggregate user data to support system analytics, model improvement, security audits, abuse detection, and internal research. This data is not linked to any identifiable individual.

  • Not to be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, or personal advice

Levr does not perform automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users. No decisions are made in domains like hiring, lending, academic evaluation, or insurance eligibility. Levr is for informational purposes only.

Model Interpretability Limitation: Due to the nature of generative AI, outputs are based on statistical relationships learned from training data and may not be directly explainable.

Output Variability: AI outputs may change over time due to model updates, retraining, or adjustments in safety filters.

10. Automated Profiling and Decision-Making

Levr does not use your data for profiling, behavioral scoring, or automated decision-making that produces legal or significant effects. All outputs are generated in real-time based on your direct input and are intended solely for informational purposes.

11. AI Training, Feedback Use, and Attribution

We may use your prompts and outputs (in anonymized form) for AI model tuning, algorithmic safety testing, and product improvement.

Zenly LLC retains logs of prompts and outputs for system safety, abuse detection, audit trails, or regulatory inquiries.

Levr outputs may contain invisible tags or metadata that allow for attribution, tracing, and forensic analysis when required by law or for compliance review.

12. Third-Party AI Models and Infrastructure

Levr may utilize third-party infrastructure or pre-trained AI models under appropriate license. We conduct due diligence to ensure lawful use of data and models but disclaim liability for outputs generated by third-party models beyond our control.
