Available Export Formats
PDF – Professional reports ideal for sharing in meetings or presentations
JSON – Structured data for developer integrations and API use
CSV – Tabular format for analysis in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
How to Export
1. Select Your Boardroom Answers
- Go to Chat History
- Select the boardroom answers you want to export
- The Export button will appear in the top right, displaying the number of selected items


2. Choose Your Format
- Click the Export button
- Select your preferred format from the dropdown menu
- Choose whether to include:
- Time stamps and metadata
- Deep dives

3. Download
Your file will process and download automatically to your browser’s default download folder. Note: Each boardroom answer generates approximately 6 pages in PDF format.

Troubleshooting
Export button not visible
- Verify you’re logged in with a Pro or Growth subscription (export is not available on Trial accounts)
- Refresh the page
- Note: Boardroom answers created during your trial are saved and become exportable when you upgrade
File not downloading
- Check your browser’s pop-up blocker settings
- Verify you have sufficient device storage space
Incorrect data in export
- Review your filters and selections before exporting
- Contact support if the issue continues
PDF taking too long
- Large datasets or complex formatting may require additional processing time
- Wait a few moments for the file to generate
